I failed at the low carb and keto diet more times than I can count. I was pretty successful with my last attempt which was over a year ago. I think what clicked that time was finding replacements for things I could not go with out, aka sweets. I think another point worth noting is I am setting goals I know I can achieve.
I am doing this as a method to drop a few pounds and keep them off for bikini season. I know I am not going to make a 100% lifestyle change. I’m only hoping to shed a small healthy reasonable amount of weight while keeping my BMI within a healthy range. I’m giving myself a cheat day. I’m still eating food that I love.
I. Can. Do. This!

Five Days of Low Carb Meals for Two Ran Me…
A total of $85.59, but lets call it $85.00 because whos crying over 59 cents? It always costs more to eat fresh, which is unfortunate. I have a new goal of making it as cost efficient as possible and sharing it with you! I will share low carb recipes and shopping lists along the way. Wish me luck, yall!
